My approach combines evidence-based instructional design with practical application. Adults learn best when learning is relevant, engaging, interactive, and immediately useful. I use scenarios, meaningful practice, and feedback to connect learning with real-world decisions.
I also embrace emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, as tools that can enhance creativity, streamline development, and improve learning while maintaining sound instructional design principles.
